The 2019 Mona Shore/Greater Muskegon HS Girls “TURTLES” Co-op Swim/Dive Team makes HISTORY with their First Ever Girls OK Rainbow Tier2 Swim /Dive Conference Championship!!! This Conference Title is the First one for the Co-op Program. This was a TOTAL TEAM EFFORT WIN!!! The Turtles leading the meet from pretty much Start to Finish! I am so Proud of these Amazing young ladies and how they performed in the pool/diving boards and the way they handle all the pressure of being the number one team to beat at the OK Rainbow Conference Meet! The TEAM came into the meet very positive and had the belief that they would Win the OK Rainbow Trophy! They all Swam for each other and stepped it up when they needed to. This Win puts a Huge Exclamation Point on the Season! The Hard Work -Dedication- Commitments -The Two A Days -Believing in Themselves/ Each Other and Sticking to the PLAN all paid off!! Next Stop MHSAA State Swimming Finals Nov. 22-23 @ Holland.

The Turtles also had a Record Setting Conference Meet Swimming/Diving to a 2 Day Total 55 Personal Record Swims/Dives, 2 Team Records, 5 OK Rainbow Champions, 1 MHSAA State Qualifying Time. We saw some Amazing Swims / Dives from the TEAM. It was nice to see the Team see everyone swim to a least 1-2 Personal Record Swims or moved up in the Finals from their Prelim spots.
