Lady Turtles swim tough at the Spring Lake Invt. to end a very long and rough week of swimming The Turtles overcame many obstacles this week to swim to many Personal Record Swim/Dives and brought home several medals. This was a great test for us heading into the Taper part of the season. I was very PROUD of how we remained strong both physically and mentally this week and picked it up when some people were missing. The Team truly showed a lot of GRIT and PRIDE and the scores do not show that. Great Job Ladies!!!

Lady Turtles swim to 19 Personal Records Swims/Dives for week total 58Personal Records!!! Leading the way for the Lady Turtles was Double Winner Sydney Sytsema winning the 50 Free 25.90 and the 100Back 1:06.00 (Personal Record).  Finishing 3^rd was Naomi Huttenga in the 100 Fly 1:05.43 (Personal Record) and in the 100 Breast 1:18.05.
