Trent Benedict paced the Sailors with three goals and two assists in the season-opening 8-0 win over Reeths-Puffer. Solo goals were picked up by Isaac Habetler, Diego Pena, Landon Taylor, Jake Nanna, and Ty Langlois. Kolin Jackson and Langlois both had three assists while Pena and Nanna both added two assists. Jake Reelman added an assist. Carter Dethloff earned the shutout in goal. Record: 1-0
