Golf wraps up season with fifth-place regional finish

Shores shot 379 at the regional meet, placing fifth. East Grand Rapids and Coopersville tied for the top spot with 343. Freshman Mayson Southland had Shores’ best finish at 11th place, shooting a 90. Seniors Lily Miller (94), Dezmin Merwin (94) and Elise Houle (101) rounded out the scoring.
